For Participation in Grace Impact Living Church and Grace Impact Foundation Private Gatherings Effective Date: March 1st 2024
By participating in the gatherings hosted by Grace Impact Living Church and Grace Impact Foundation (hereinafter referred to as “the Church”), whether in person or online, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
These terms are designed to maintain the privacy, sanctity, and security of our gatherings while outlining the rights and responsibilities of all participants. All participation is governed exclusively by the Church’s private ecclesiastical jurisdiction.

1. Declaration of Private Participation
Participation in the Church’s gatherings confers temporary membership within the private community of the Church solely for the duration of the event.
Attendees agree to operate fully under the Church’s principles, governance, and private ecclesiastical jurisdiction for the entirety of their participation.
This temporary participation does not confer ongoing membership or any future obligations. Each participation is independent, and no cumulative rights or obligations arise from repeated attendance. However, during participation, attendees are fully bound by the Church’s governance, protections, and terms.
Participants may choose not to attend or to leave the gathering at any time if they do not agree with the terms outlined herein.
By remaining in the gathering, participants reaffirm their agreement to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and waive any conflicting rights under public jurisdiction.
2. Private Event Agreement
This gathering, whether conducted in person or online, is a private event and not open to the general public.
By attending, you acknowledge and agree that all activities, communications, and interactions within this event are conducted in a private capacity and are not intended for public sharing or distribution.
Attendance at the event constitutes agreement to these terms and consent to operate under the Church’s private ecclesiastical jurisdiction as an ecclesiastical body.
3. Consent to Privacy
All discussions, materials, and content shared during the event are considered private and confidential. Anything said or shared is considered under private ecclesiastical jurisdiction and is not to be treated as public discourse.
Participants are strictly prohibited from recording, reproducing, or distributing any part of the event by any means, including but not limited to photographs, audio recordings, video recordings, screenshots, or screen captures.
Participants agree that any attempt to disclose or share event content externally violates these terms and may result in removal and legal or ecclesiastical action.
4. Enhanced Confidentiality Enforcement
To maintain the sanctity of the Church’s private gatherings, breaches of confidentiality will result in the following penalties:
Immediate removal from the current gathering.
Revocation of access to future gatherings or events hosted by the Church.
Additional legal or ecclesiastical remedies pursued within the Church’s private jurisdiction.
These penalties are designed to uphold the integrity of the Church’s teachings, interactions, and internal communications.
5. Recording Policy
The Church reserves the right to record events, whether in person or online, for internal use, archival purposes, or future reference. If the Church decides to record a session, participants will be notified in advance and given the option to proceed or withdraw from the session.
Any recordings made by the Church remain its sole property and may be shared publicly in any manner deemed necessary to serve the ministry.
Participants consent to the Church’s right to use these recordings for ministry-related purposes, including public sharing.
Participants are strictly prohibited from recording any part of the event in any form. This prohibition is enforced to maintain the privacy and integrity of the event.
6. Jurisdictional Sovereignty Declaration
The Church operates as a private ecclesiastical body under God’s law, separate from the public domain, government institutions, or secular jurisdictions.
By participating, attendees explicitly agree that they are engaging in a private ministry, outside the jurisdiction of any public authority or legal entity.
All actions, decisions, and teachings within the Church are governed by its internal rules and principles as directed by its leadership under God’s authority.
7. Platform Disclaimer
The Church utilizes third-party technologies, including but not limited to Zoom, to host online gatherings. The use of such technologies is solely a facilitation tool and does not alter the private ecclesiastical nature of the gathering.
By attending, participants agree that all activities conducted through Zoom or other technologies remain governed exclusively by the Church’s private ecclesiastical jurisdiction and these Terms and Conditions.Participation in online gatherings does not subject the Church or its events to public laws or regulations beyond the operational requirements of the platform itself.
Whether attending in person or online, participants acknowledge the private ecclesiastical governance of the event and consent to abide by all terms outlined herein.
8. Acknowledgment of Platform Risks
By participating in online gatherings hosted by the Church, participants acknowledge that the use of third-party platforms, including but not limited to Zoom, involves inherent risks outside the Church’s control. These risks may include, but are not limited to, data breaches, technical malfunctions, or unauthorized access by third parties.The Church is not liable for any issues arising from platform-specific risks and encourages participants to take necessary precautions when accessing online gatherings.
9. Privacy Policy
The Church collects and processes participant information solely for the purpose of hosting private gatherings, communicating with attendees, and improving the overall experience.All data is handled in accordance with the Church’s Privacy Policy, which ensures confidentiality and respect for participants’ personal information.Participants agree to the collection and use of their information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
10. Waiver of Public Authority
By attending the Church’s events, participants explicitly waive any right to involve public courts, government agencies, or secular legal authorities in matters related to the Church. Any grievances, concerns, or disputes must be resolved internally through the Church’s designated leadership or conflict resolution mechanisms.
11. Non-Commercial Status
The Church operates as a non-commercial private ministry and does not engage in public commerce or for-profit activities.Participants agree that their relationship with the Church is personal, spiritual, and ecclesiastical in nature, with no expectation of commercial benefit or contractual obligations. Contributions, if offered, are voluntary and governed solely by the Church’s internal policies, as outlined in the Contributions section.
12. Covenant-Based Participation Participation in the Church is framed as a spiritual covenant rather than a secular agreement. Attendees acknowledge that their involvement is a voluntary act of faith, aligning with the Church’s mission, and not a legal or contractual obligation under public law.
13. Mandatory Ecclesiastical Resolution
Any disputes arising from participation in this gathering must be resolved exclusively through the Church’s internal dispute resolution mechanisms. This process includes ecclesiastical mediation or arbitration as governed by the Church’s private ecclesiastical jurisdiction.
Participants explicitly agree that all disputes will be addressed solely within the Church’s governance framework, and the decisions of the Church’s resolution mechanisms shall be final and binding. Public courts or third-party authorities have no jurisdiction over the Church’s internal matters or the outcomes of its resolution processes. By participating, attendees waive any right to seek external legal remedies or intervention.
14. Limited Liability Clause Participants acknowledge that the Church, its leadership, and its representatives are not liable for any claims, damages, or disputes arising from participation in the gathering.The Church is not liable for claims resulting from events outside its reasonable control but commits to ensuring a safe environment for all participants. Any resolution shall occur solely within the Church’s private ecclesiastical jurisdiction.
15. Indemnity Clause
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Church, its leadership, and representatives from any claims or legal actions brought against them in violation of this agreement, including but not limited to public court proceedings or regulatory actions.
16. Expanded Confidentiality Agreement
All communications, teachings, and interactions are protected under ecclesiastical privilege and private communication rights.
Participants agree not to disclose or share any part of the event, as it constitutes privileged communication within the private Church body.
Breaches of this agreement will result in penalties as outlined in the Enhanced Confidentiality Enforcement section.
17. Spiritual Jurisdiction Disclaimer
Participation is governed by the Church’s interpretation of spiritual laws and teachings, and no secular authority has oversight over these activities. Attendees agree that their participation is a spiritual act and not subject to interpretation by secular or governmental entities.
18. Respect and Decorum
All participants are expected to act in a respectful and considerate manner towards others during the event. Harassment, disruptive behavior, or inappropriate comments will not be tolerated. The Church reserves the right to remove any participant who violates this code of conduct without prior notice.
19. Use of Content and Materials
Any materials provided during the event, including but not limited to text, images, or teachings, are for personal use only and may not be redistributed or used for any commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Church.
20. Contributions
Participants who wish to support the Church’s mission may make voluntary contributions.
Contributions are acts of faith and are governed by the Church’s internal policies.
The Church reserves the right to determine who may contribute and to decline contributions at its sole discretion.
Contributions are non-refundable and used exclusively to further the Church’s mission, as determined by its leadership under its private ecclesiastical governance framework. Contribution decisions are made in alignment with the Church’s mission and values, without bias or discrimination.

21. Faith in Action Clause
Participants agree to embody the Church’s teachings as a practical demonstration of their faith in the private domain. This includes upholding the spiritual values of the Church during and after their participation.
22. Statement of No Obligation
Participation in the Church’s gatherings creates no financial, legal, or spiritual obligation beyond the duration of the event.Participants acknowledge that their involvement is voluntary and not tied to any ongoing responsibilities.
23. Clarification of Event-Specific Nature
Each participation is independent, and no cumulative rights or obligations arise from repeated attendance.Participants acknowledge that their agreement applies solely to the specific gathering they are attending.
24. Addressing Gross Negligence
The Church is not liable for claims resulting from events outside its reasonable control but commits to ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all participants. In the unlikely event of gross negligence, the Church will address concerns in good faith within its private ecclesiastical jurisdiction.
25. Transparency in Contribution Decisions
Contribution decisions are made in alignment with the Church’s mission and values, without bias or discrimination. The Church ensures that contributions are used exclusively to further its mission, with clear policies governing their allocation.
26. Privacy Policy Integration
By participating, you agree to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the Church’s Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy details how your information is collected, used, and safeguarded while maintaining confidentiality.
27. Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By attending this event, I affirm that I have carefully read, fully understood, and unequivocally agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions outlined above. I acknowledge that my participation in this private gathering, whether in person or online, is conditional upon my agreement to these terms. I further recognize and consent that this is a invite only private event governed by ecclesiastical jurisdiction, and I agree to the privacy, non-recording, and liability release terms described herein without exception.
